The Leader Effectiveness Training Workshop

What do you want to create where you work? Leaders who say they listen but really don’t? Who are promoted due to job expertise but have no “people skills”? Leaders who get the job done but leave a wake of destruction? Of course you don’t want this, right? But is it happening right now at your organization?

What if we told you we can help you fix these problems? We can

Imagine if you could create a climate of collaboration where influence and respect triumphed over aggression and “just do what I tell you”.

Imagine leaders, managers and supervisors who could create that climate with an engaged workforce that’s truly invested in making the company a success.

Imagine this is your workplace: Managers who seek others’ input and really hear it. Leaders who enable others to solve their own problems. Leaders that build consensus through collaborative power, not just because of their job title. People who are excited to come to work and work hard to make your company successful?

Truly effective leadership programs? They’re not just about the skills. It’s about what DRIVES them. This is what Leader Effectivness Training is all about. This is what L.E.T. can do for you.

What is L.E.T.?

Leader Effectiveness Training (L.E.T.) is a skill-based workshop that teaches leadership skills through demonstration, skill practice, feedback, and workplace application all of which are delivered by an instructor who has earned certification through rigorous training and professional scrutiny to acheive the highest instructional and training standards.

What does L.E.T. teach?

In his book entitled "A Force for Change," John Kotter - Professor Emeritus from Harvard University explains that leaders communicate clearly, inspire and motivate people, while managers maintain order and predictability by controlling and problem solving.

The L.E.T. Workshop trains participants to put these concepts into practice by learning the skills needed to align and motivate the people in their organzations and to use firm, but respectful control procedures to maintain order and predictability so that goals are accomplished and productivity is increased - all the while helping the organization to grow and prosper.

Bad bosses - people leave

Think of the WORST BOSS you ever had. What words come to mind . . . mean, humiliating, intimidating, impatient, abrupt, self-centered, disrepectful, unappreciative.

Did you know that over thirty percent of employees who leave companies do so because of bad bosses. Think of the "sick" days, hurt feelings, unresolved conflicts, disappointments, all stemming from bad bosses. The costs to productivity are staggering.

Now think of the BEST BOSS you ever had. What words come to mind . . . caring, patient, attentive, available, appreciative, kind, supportive, encouraging. Best bosses build self-esteem, self-confidence, and help employees feel recognized, appreciated, and valued leading to greater productivity and ultimately, organizational growth.

Participants in L.E.T. workshops become the organizational catalysts to foster clear communication, patience, trust, integrity, and when control and discipline are needed - L.E.T teaches firmness and clarity based in respect, not intimidation or humiliation.

L.E.T. is an incubator for best bosses!
